Our goal is to provide fast shipping to our customers worldwide to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible after purchasing on our website.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to most countries and regions across the globe through FedEx.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How your shipping cost is calculated: for an order weight within 0.5kg, the shipping cost is $30. If the total weight of your order exceeds 0.5kg you have to pay an extra $10 shipping fee for each additional 0.5kg.

How long does it take to process my order?

Stock hair systems and wigs are available for immediate shipment which will take 3 to 5 working days before delivery.

Custom orders, production time need about  6 to 10 weeks based on different types of knots or bases. Extra-long hair or full cap wig order will need an additional 2 weeks.

Rush Orders within 4weeks.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there might be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Normally, it will take about 4-7 working days from the Reaita Hair warehouse to your doorstep.

Can I change my shipping address?

In the event that the package has not yet been shipped, please contact the Reaita Hair customer service or your sales representatives as soon as possible to change your shipping address.

If the package has already been shipped, we can help you request a reroute if your order is shipped via FedEx or UPS. Once the reroute takes effect, it may incur an additional fee. 

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, but there is typically always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

What shipping methods do you use?

Normally we use FedEx to ship your orders. However, in case you prefer other express services such as DHL, UPS, EMS, etc., please contact the Reaita Hair customer service or your sales representatives for an alternative arrangement.

I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

A: If the package has not yet shipped, please contact our customer service or sales representatives as soon as possible to change your shipping address.

B: If the package has already been shipped, we can help you request a reroute if your order is shipped via FedEx or UPS. Once the reroute takes effect, it may cause you to incur an additional fee.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Who pay for taxes and custom duties charged?  

Reaita Hair is not responsible for any custom charges or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Which laws will be applied when settling disputes or claims?

This Shipping Policy and any claim, controversy or dispute arising under or related to this Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China applicable to Shipping Policies made and to be performed in such state without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof.
